MISSION SERVICE MASTER II well service valves are the industry standard for pumping well fracturing media such as sand and man-made resin-coated sand proppants. The SERVICE MASTER II valve’s engineered toughness and integrity gives unparalleled performance in the most punishing conditions such as pumping high-strength ceramic proppants or sintered bauxite at pressure above 15,000 psi.
The SERVICE MASTER II well service valve is a full open valve designed for maximum flow characteristics. The SERVICE MASTER II valve with the standard polyurethane insert has a maximum temperature rating of 180 ̊F (82 ̊C), maximum pressure rating of 20,000 psi and is designed for a solids content from low to moderate.

The ROUGHNECK valve and seat line sets industry standards, meeting the demands of today’s hostile pressure pumping environments encountered by well service contractors worldwide. The ROUGHNECK valve with the standard polyurethane insert has a maximum temperature rating of 180 ̊F (82 ̊C), maximum pressure rating of 7,500 psi and is designed for a solids content from low to high.
ROUGHNECK valves and seats have an extreme pressure well service valve design, one-piece cast uni-body construction valve body allowing greater flow area, reduced abrasion, and reduced fluid velocity. The one-piece valve body for superior strength results in fewer replacements, longer run times, and reduced cost per pumping hour.
